Hurricane Matthew leaves lots of rain

The Hurricane Matthew may be weakening, but it doesn't stop it from leaving huge amounts of rain for Central America. This rain has led to flash floods and dangerous mudslides. The wind speeds have also decreased to  35mph. No warnings have been declared for coastal regions, but Belize and Honduras have issued tropical warnings for there countries. As Matthew keeps moving it will keep moving northwest and will slow down and become stationary. Still the damage from the rain could be life threatening to Central America.
